# Although great app the fact that the camera stream is offline so often means it defeats the object of being able to see what is happening when the beams are triggered. # It’s OK but definitely could be better. It’s so hard to see time and date if the background is the same colour.. The PTZ but doesn’t seem to work and I can’t change the time and date so that’s its correct as it’s wrong on all cameras.

# The app works well but I cannot playback more than one camera at a time. If I select two cameras I receive “Video playback failed. Error code (245416)”. Please advise what this error means or provide an update/bug fix. Thank you.
